EvolveCoin (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (“App”) and website.

EvolveCoin is a professional crypto analytics tool that combines market analysis features (War Room, Market Snapshots, Smart Markers) with non-custodial cryptocurrency swap functionality. By using EvolveCoin, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Our Philosophy

EvolveCoin follows the principle: “Manual analysis first, automation assists.” We are designed to help you make informed decisions — not to trade for you. This philosophy extends to our data practices: we collect only what's necessary for the App to function.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Wallet addresses for cryptocurrency swaps (transmitted to ChangeNOW, not stored by us)
  • Smart Markers and scenarios you create (synced via our backend)
  • App preferences and settings (stored locally on your device)
  • Referral codes if you participate in the referral program
  • Feedback or support requests you voluntarily submit

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Firebase Anonymous Authentication tokens for user identification
  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version and crash reports (anonymized)
  • General usage patterns for feature improvement (no personal identifiers)

3.3 API Keys Storage

If you choose to add exchange API keys (for Order Book access in the Depth tab):

  • Keys are encrypted using Android EncryptedSharedPreferences + Keystore
  • Keys are stored ONLY on your device — never transmitted to our servers
  • Keys are used for read-only access to Order Book data directly from exchanges
  • We never see, access, or store your API keys

3.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Personal identification documents (KYC data)
  • Trading history or actual transaction records
  • Location data
  • Contact lists or personal files
  • Your exchange API keys (these never leave your device)

4. Smart Markers and Market Snapshots

When you create Smart Markers in the War Room, we save a “Market Snapshot” — a record of market conditions at that moment:

  • Technical indicators (RSI, Volume, BTC Dominance)
  • Market sentiment (Fear & Greed Index)
  • Related news headlines at that moment
  • Your scenario (Entry, Target, Stop-Loss, Position Size)

This data is synced to our backend and associated with your anonymous user ID so you can access your markers across app reinstalls. This data is not shared with third parties and is used solely to provide the service to you.

5. Cryptocurrency Swaps

EvolveCoin uses ChangeNOW API to facilitate non-custodial cryptocurrency exchanges. When you initiate a swap:

  • Your wallet addresses are transmitted to ChangeNOW to process the transaction
  • Swap history is stored locally on your device using Room Database
  • We do not store your wallet addresses on our servers
  • ChangeNOW's privacy policy applies to their processing of swap data
  • No KYC is required for standard swaps through ChangeNOW

6. Data Sources

EvolveCoin aggregates data from multiple sources to provide market information:

  • Binance & Kraken: Real-time price data via WebSocket and REST APIs
  • CryptoCompare: News feed with sentiment analysis
  • Alternative.me: Fear & Greed Index
  • Exchange APIs (optional): Order Book data if you provide API keys

When you view market data, your requests go through our backend which caches data using Redis for performance. We do not store individual user requests.

7. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (War Room, Swap)
  • Sync your Smart Markers and scenarios across devices
  • Process cryptocurrency swap requests through ChangeNOW
  • Manage the referral program (if you participate)
  • Improve App performance and fix bugs
  • Send important updates about the App (if you opt in)

8. Data Storage and Security

Your data security is our priority:

  • App settings and swap history are stored locally on your device (Room Database)
  • API keys are encrypted with Android EncryptedSharedPreferences + Keystore
  • Backend communication uses HTTPS encryption
  • Firebase Anonymous Auth provides pseudonymous user identification
  • Our backend (FastAPI) uses Redis caching with short TTL for market data

Since EvolveCoin is non-custodial, we never have access to your cryptocurrency funds. You maintain full control of your assets at all times.

9. Third-Party Services

EvolveCoin integrates with the following third-party services:

  • ChangeNOW: Non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange
  • Firebase: Anonymous authentication and push notifications
  • Binance/Kraken: Real-time market data
  • CryptoCompare: Crypto news and sentiment data
  • Google Play Services: App distribution
  • TradingView Lightweight Charts: Chart visualization (runs locally)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

10. Referral Program

If you participate in our referral program:

  • We generate a unique 8-character referral code for you
  • We track referral relationships (who referred whom)
  • We track referral earnings (USDT earned)
  • This data is associated with your anonymous user ID

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your Smart Markers and data stored in the App
  • Delete your markers via the App interface
  • Clear all local data through Settings → Danger Zone
  • Request deletion of any backend data associated with your user ID
  • Uninstall the App at any time, removing all local data

12. Children's Privacy

EvolveCoin is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
